XML Feed & Wordpress Integration
You can utilize the Marcato XML feed to publish the artists to the website. There is a plug-in installed on the Wordpress CMS that then parses the XML feed data into publishable posts.
Organization ID
Before you start on this process every year, you will need to update the “organization ID” to match the current year's Marcato feed in the Wordpress plugin settings.
How to publish an artist
The first step is to make sure any artists you wish to publish are set to Public. The easiest way to do this is to press the red cross in the Public column in the main artist view:
Any public artists should show a green tick in this column. This makes the artist's data available to the public XML feed. Please note that this data is set to only update every hour or so.1) Once you have made the artist public, you can then log in to the website and publish the posts.

This means that there can be delays between setting an artist to public and their data appearing in the XML feed. There is a method to manually push this data through. On the Wordpress end, there is also a method to manually refresh the feed, but you need to manually push through on Marcato end first. More info can be found on the main XML feed article.
