A feature newly launched by Marcato in late 2019, the Artist Guest Index is a fantastic new tool to allow for quick and easy control over artist personnel. It's particularly good for picking up duplicate entries - whether that's just where someone has been accidentally entered twice, or where a person is in multiple acts.

In the main menu, select the drop-down next to Artists. Within this sub-menu, select 'Artist Guest Index'. (See image at right)

Use the sort functions at the top of the page in the grey box. One of the most useful sort functions is the “associated with” field. This drop-down shows all of the artists in the database. You can select one of the artists to only show the personnel associated with that artist.
